Daily postings of interesting news, photos and other commentary. Maybe even the occasional rant. And some Jeep stuff too. And as always, I will continue to reveal the treacherous actions of the snakes.

It lives! X2!

This is shaping up to be quite the banner month for the random internal combustion engines scattered about my home. I am happy to report that last night the M715 moved under its own power for the first time since I bought it.

Not sure if it is ready for a road trip . . . . but I am driving it to the Inverness ranch on Thursday. (with 2,000 lbs. of sack-crete in the back)

For those of you who do not know what an M715 is:

VietNam era ex-military pick up truck made by Jeep. Very heavy duty.

This is how it looks right now . . . . but soon it will get the proper military paint theme and markings

What's next for the collection, TJ? Perhaps one of these things?

I think it must be a distant cousin to the Deuce.
