Daily postings of interesting news, photos and other commentary. Maybe even the occasional rant. And some Jeep stuff too. And as always, I will continue to reveal the treacherous actions of the snakes.

Blow me.

Jeep Beach was a great time! Lots of friends, lots of Jeeps, lots of stories to tell . . . . but not in a public forum.

One disappointment: the weather. The howling, blustery, moisture stripping wind. The pushing the sea on to the beach so that no vehicles were allowed wind. The make my cigar burn unevenly, and my floppy hat brim turn up in a goober fashion wind.

Meh. What can you do?

Weekend plans? No clue. None at the moment.

Bound for the Beach

This weekend Jeepers from all over the state will descend on Daytona Beach. While the sugar sand of the Atlantic shore does not present much of a challenge for a 4X4 vehicle, the squeaky sound made by 35" tall tires pushing through the dunes makes me smile.

I give!

I tried so hard to fend off the small little tickle on the back of my throat. But when the small irritant was followed by "The Week Of The Oppressive Smoke Cloud" my immune system finally dropped its guard.

Fever, wheezing, mucous, sniffles, body aches. Yeah that's me.
